Datenbank kopieren ist momentan auch meine einzige Idee. Aber schön ist was anderes. Und ausserdem hab ich dann auch nix von den Statistiken - die werden nur vom Haupt-PC aus beeinflusst. Die kopierten Datenbanken werden ja jedesmal überschrieben.

wenn du lediglich darauf aus bist, von mehreren orten die gleichen daten laden zu können, schreib dir doch nen vb-script, das eine db-datei einmal täglich an 3-4 orte kopiert, wodurch du dann immerhin die musik hören könntest...

das problem kenn ich schon, aber es ist ja mehr als verständlich, wenn ein programm nicht explizit auf mehrere benutzer ausgelegt ist, die gleichzeitig daten lesen und schreiben, dass es da zu problemen kommt...

Von bis zu 3 Rechnern kann gleichzeitig darauf zugegriffen werden. Nur diese Fehlermeldungen stören.

Gibts nicht irgendeine Möglichkeit das zu unterbinden? Evtl bei fehlendem exklusivem Zugriff temporär in eine Datei zu schreiben oder sowas? Oder einen Parameter -readonly der keinen schreibenden Zugriff benötigt?

Hat eigentlich sonst keiner das Problem?

Die Silverjuke-Datenbank wurde eigentlich nie dafür entworfen, daß mehrere Instanzen gleichzeitig auf diese zugreifen - wenngleich dies ja im großen und ganzen funktioniert.

Evtl. bringt die Option "Einstellungen / Erweitert / Weitere Optionen / Index-Datei: Synchronität" abhilfe: Normalerweise steht diese auf "Schnell", es ist ein Versuch wert diese auf "Sicher" zu stellen.

Ich greife vom HTPC und vom Desktop gleichzeitig auf die selbe Datenbank zu, daran scheint es zu liegen.

Silverjuke ist auf beiden PCs an aber auf dem Desktop war momentan Pause.
Warum ist dann die Database "locked"?

Und wieso wird dann der Befehl nicht einfach ausgeführt wenn sie wieder "offen" ist?
Ich kenne das sowieso nur beim Zugriff auf den selben Datensatz, nicht Datenbank.

Das wäre ja schön im Arbeitsleben - "Nee sorry, der Herr Müller war heute früher da und arbeitet schon an der Datenbank, da geht bei mir leider nix mehr" ;-)
