Ich bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob es tatsächlich daran liegt, denn andere Titel zeigen bspw. brav 10 Sekunden lang ihre Introtafeln an, obwohl noch kein Sound zu hören ist. In jedem Fall werde ich Bericht erstatten... :-)

vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe! In der offiziellen, nicht-Beta Version wird das Scrolling dann wie erwartet funktionieren.

Noch zum ersten Posting:

Dies liegt daran, daß Silverjuke in der Standardeinstellung die "Stille" zwischen zwei Titeln überspringt - und damit natürlich auch keine Zeit ist, etwaige Informationen vor dem Titelbeginn anzuzeigen.

Die Pausen zwischen den Titeln können aber leicht erhalten bleiben: Wählen Sie hierzu einfach die Option "Stille zwischen Titeln überspigen" unter "Einstellungen / Wiedergabe / Automatische Steuerung / Überblendungen" ab:

Auch die "Automatischen Überblendungen" sind während der Karaoke-Wiedergabe vielleicht nicht erwünscht und können im selben Dialog ausgeschaltet werden.

Außerdem werden bei einigen Titeln die Introtafeln nicht angezeigt, d.h. der Song startet sofort mit der ersten Textzeile.
Ich habe die entsprechenden Titel nochmal mit dem CDG-Plugin für WinAmp getestet und dort laufen sie einwandfrei.
