vielen Dank für den Hinweis! Ich wollte gerne ohne Tags arbeiten (Tags funktionieren bei Wave-Dateien eh nicht, glaube ich).

Na gut, da probiere ich mal etwas rum.

wahrscheinlich haben die entsprechenden Dateien keine verwertbaren ID3-Tags oder ähnliche Informationen. In diesen Fällen versucht Silverjuke dann, die notwendigen Infos aus dem Pfad und aus dem Dateinamen zu generieren; per default ist grob gesagt:

- der Dateiname ist der Titel
- der Ordner mit der Datei ist der Albumname
- der Ordner mir dem Album ist der Künstlername

Wenn Ihre Dateien also nach dem Schema

F:\0721 John Denver - Gold Collection\Titel.mp3

benannt sind, würde nach obigen Regeln "F" zum Künstlernamen.

Abhilfe:

Unter "Einstellungen / Mein Musikarchiv / Optionen" können Sie für jede Quelle passendere Regeln einstellen; verwebden Sie hierzu das Feld "Pfad- und Dateimuster".

Oder einfacher: Pflegen Sie die fehlenden Tags nach, entweder mit Silverjuke (rechte Maustaste auf einen Titel und dann "Titel bearbeiten" wählen) oder mit einem auf solche Dinge spezialisierten Programm.

nachdem ich Silverjuke käuflich erworben habe, bin ich beim ausprobieren über folgendes gestolpert: Warum wir in der Albenübersicht der übergeordnete Ordnername oder der Laufwerksbuchstabe mit angezeigt, siehe angehängtes Bild?

Der Buchstabe "F" ist die externe Festplatte.

Kann man diese Anzeige umstellen/abstellen?
