Hi, ich habe das selbe Problem auf Arbeit. Aber irgendwie kann ich nicht ganz folgen. Silverjuke gibt es nicht als Portable. Und Adminrechte bekommt man hier nicht. Aber wie soll man arbeiten ohne Musik :-)

Für die Backups benutze ich Toucan Apps von USB Stick hinterlässt keine Spuren.

Es reicht doch schon, ein SJ Installationsverzeichnis auf den USB-Stick (in meinem Fall eine 2,5" USB-HD zu kopieren, die config.ini anzulegen und SJ mittels Verknüpfung und dem Parameter --mymusic.db (oder wie auch immer man sie nennen mag) zu starten.

Auf meiner USB-HD hab ich das so gelöst, dass ich das SJ-Programmverzeichnis 3x habe für jeweils einen anderen Laufwerksbuchstaben (bei mir H, M, Z)
Die drei Verknüpfungen liegen im Root-Verzeichnis der HD.
Das war einmal eine kurze Arbeit mit einem Editor, um in der ini und der db, die Pfade anzupassen, aber das geht automatisch mit suchen/ersetzen.
Klingt zugegebenermaßen etwas kompliziert, hat aber den Vorteil, dass ich mir einen von 3 Laufwerksbuchstaben aussuchen kann auf dem jeweiligen Rechner. Und einer der 3 wird schon frei sein ;-)

Das würde ich mir in Silverjuke wünschen das Backups automatisch erstellt werden.
