Ich habe dir hier noch ein Tool wo du verfolgen kannst wie die DDE-Messages ablaufen.
Starte das Tool und lass es im Hintergrund laufen. Markiere im Monitor Menu die obersten 3 Einträge. Bei jedem Münzeinwurf solltest du nun sehen was abläuft.

Falls ich nichts mehr höre, nehme ich an dass dein Problem gelöst ist...

Da ich eine Software für Silverjuke geschrieben habe fühle ich mich verantwortlich, damit diese auch funktioniert. Darum bitte ich euch, könnt Ihr evtl. mal dieses Problem mal probieren zu reproduzieren ? Es wäre echt ärgerlich wenn wir dieses Problem nicht lösen könnten...

Ich bin immer noch ratlos.... ich habe dir ein kleines Tool gemacht wo man DDE-Messages abschicken kann. Probier mal dieses Tool aus nach dieser ominösen Timeout-Zeit.

Wenns dann immer noch nicht läuft kann sich ja das Silverjuke-Team mit diesem Tool das Problem anschauen...

Benutzen tu ich die neueste Version von Silverjuke. Und als Skin benutze ich Eagle BlueTouch, da ich die Jukebox nur über Touchscreen benutzen möchte.

Getestet unter Windows XP und Windows 7 (beide Betriebssysteme sind neu aufgesetzt).

Dann probier mal diese Version und schau ob der Coin counter korrekt hochzählt oder ob
er irgend eine Münze verliert...

Wenn er korrekt hochzählt muss ich davon ausgehen, das entweder das Betriebssystem was verliert oder ich getrau es mir nicht zu sagen... Silverjuke evtl. die DDE Message nicht kriegt...

Ich habe das Problem probiert zu reproduzieren... leider keinen Erfolg.
Kannst du vielleicht mal ein zwei Funktionstasten programmieren für das Kreditsystem.
Dann mal statt eine Münze einwerfen eine dieser Programmierten Tasten drücken.
Nur um zu sehen ob es evtl. auch bei den Tasten dieses Verhalten aufweist.

könnte das u.U. daran liegen, dass Windows den USB Bus über das Powermanagement deaktiviert und erst wieder hochfährt wenn eine Münze eingeworden wird, diese Zeit aber für den Münzprüfer oder die Software zu lang ist?
Ich habe ein ähnliches Problem mit einem Chipkartenleser, der wacht allerdings gar nicht wieder auf wenn Windows aus dem Standby kommt.
Deaktiviere doch testweise mal das Powermanagement.

Wenn dann aber 10 bis 15 Minuten vergangen sind, in denen keine Musik läuft, also praktisch Leerlauf ist, und man dann eine Münze einwirft, wird einfach der Credit nicht mehr gutgeschrieben. Man sieht aber an der Sanduhr, dass der Münzprüfer arbeitet. Nur gibts dafür keinen Credit. Wirft man dann wieder eine Münze ein, funktioniert es wieder. Es wird praktisch immer kein Credit gutgeschrieben, wenn länger keine Musik mehr läuft, beim ersten Geldeinwurf.
Ich habe mehrere Skins probiert und habe es unter Vista und Windows XP versucht, sogar unter Windows 7, aber immer tritt das gleiche Problem auf. Kann mir da einer weiterhelfen, an was es liegen könnte?
