Die Umstellung des Feldes "updatecrc" in der Tabelle "tracks" - und von "INTEGER" auf "NUMERIC" mittels "SQLite Database Browser" führt zu einer DEUTLICHEN Verlängerung der Datenbankaktualisierung mittels F5.

Ich empfehle aktuell den SQLite Adminsitrator (von http://sqliteadmin.orbmu2k.de/), der die Datenbank offensichtlich nicht so "verbiegt" wie der "SQLite Database Browser".

Mit dem "SQLite Adminsitrator"-Patch (siehe oben) gibt es keine Verzögerung gegenüber der Originaldatenbankversion. Gemessen mit 31.298 Objekten (20.526 Titel in 968 Alben = 19 sec.) Vorher betrug die Zeit ca. 12 Minuten(!).

Mein Wunsch nach einem "Hintergrundbetrieb" bei der Datenbankaktualisierung mit F5 ist damit gegenstandslos!

Zwar kann die Tabelle via ODBC-Treiber http://www.ch-werner.de/sqliteodbc verlinkt und gelesen werden, doch kann man die Daten nach einer Änderung nicht zurückschreiben, da Access den Wert in "updatecrc" nicht richtig interpretiert. Vergleiche http://support.microsoft.com/kb/280730/en.

Als Workaround kann man z.B. mit dem SQLite Database Browser (http://sqlitebrowser.sourceforge.net/) das Feld "updatecrc" auf "NUMERIC" (ohne Datenverlust) ändern. Ein "F5" im Silverjuke aktualisiert dann die Datenbank ohne aber die Struktur zurückzusetzen.
