so war jetzt gerade im lokal, also der grund war: eine person warf geld rein und wollte sich einen song auswählen dann hieng die box und nichts ging mehr! danach haben sie die box aus dem strom gezogen und eingeschaltet dann kam eine frage und die wählten no aus! dann war der standardskin...also ich denke auch dass es mit dem unbenennen standard skin zu tun also mein skin soll standard werden...

@service team wie kann ich meinen skin als standard auswählen bzw als standard umbenennen? habt ihr eventuell eine lösung?

Oder die Quelle für die Abstürze ausfindig machen.
In der Konsole könnte aufgeführt sein was den Fehler verursacht hat !

hab jetzt wieder die meldung bekommen dass das gleiche problem wieder vorgekommen ist...was muss ich tun damit es nicht mehr vorkommt?

Das wäre jetzt nur eine Vermutung, aber wenn Silverjuke zb. durch einen Absturz vorzeitig beendet wird, dann fragt das Prog. beim nächsten Start, ob mit Standard Skin, oder dem zuletzt benutzten gestartet werden soll.

Wenn man dann einfach auf ja klickt ...

es kann schon sein dass die jukebox neu gestartet wurde...aber keine ahnung warum der skin nicht da war...naja, villeicht war es ja ein einzelfall...mal schauen wie es in zukunft wird...

Ich habe einen Skin der für mich geeignet ist. Doch dann bekam ich ein Anruf von einer Wirtin und die sagte mir, etwas mit der Jukebox ist nicht in Ordnung. Da ging ich ins Lokal und habe gesehen, dass der Standard Skin war und nicht mein Skin.

Wie konnte das passieren? Wenn es im Kioskmodus ist, kann man ja nichts ändern...

Keine ahnung wie das passiert ist. Es war auch ca. 2 Monate alles in Ordnung. Sie sagten, es war eine Person an der Jukebox und dann ging es nicht mehr.

Damit ich das Problem nicht mehr habe, muss ich was spezielles in den Einstellungen ändern? Oder habt Ihr eine Idee wie das passieren könnte?
