we've just checked and tested your key - it works fine for us.
Please make sure, you enter your name and your key exactly as given to "Settings / Advanced / Licence key". After that, do not forget to hit the "OK" button. A "Thank you" message should appear within the next second then. The following image gives an idea about what to enter where (of course, the key will not work
):

Again - you cannot chose the name yourself, you have to enter the exact name given to you together with your licence key.
