Make a backup, then you should deinstall Silverjuke completetly - make sure the file "c:\Documents and Settings\your Username\Application Data\Silverjuke\mymusic.db" and the directory "c:\Documents and Settings\your Username\Local Settings\Temp\Silverjuke" are removed after this.
The install Silverjuke again. If the problem still exist, try this on different hardware, if possible.
