Best answer: Don't!

Just use ODBC access to your live SJ tables. No doubt you can use ODBC from whatever weblanguage you are using. See for a driver which I know works with the SJ database. No idea if you are familiar with ODBC, if you need a hand setting it up just ask.

For the original question: naturally you could use the same ODBC access to open the database in Excel and export in whatever format you'd want.

(And now I only hope you were going to run this on Windows and not on a Mac...)
