Hardware controls

I've just downloaded the SJ demo and it's exactly what I'm looking for! I'm in the pre-planning stages of building a jukebox and don't want to use a keyboard or touchscreen for making selections. So I'm looking for a device that has just numbers and arrow keys, etc. kinda of like what's shown here http://www.silverjuke.net/user-guide/numpad.html that would interface well with the pc.

Any ideas where to get something like this.

Custumized hardware controls could easily be created for silverjuke using arcade cabinet hardware. Check out some MAME Arcade Cabinet websites. Specifically a Keyboard Encoder Card Like the one sold by Happ Controls can interface any custom made hardware that uses microswitches to a computer through the PS2/USB ports. Functionality can be set for each button through the keyboard encoder software and the keyboard shortcuts available in the advanced options in silverjuke.
