Hi, I am a new member but I have been a registered Silverjuke user for quite sometime and I am very impressed with it.
I would like to know if I can run Silverjuke in Linux.
Kind regards
Pauly

Re: Running SIlverjuke in Linux
There is no native Linux version, but you can give Wine&Co a try ...

Re: Running SIlverjuke in Linux
Unfortunately there is a problem with the file access. All Silverjuke functions are working fine without the file access. This means you can not play any music file. You will get the same error if your music is located in virtual C: or in /home/... .
You can ask in the forums at "" if there is a possibility to disable this security setting of wine. But do not forget, disabling this setting can be a security problem of your linux system if you run other "MS Windows" programs.
Let me know if you found any chance to disable this feature. Silverjuke with a stable OS will change every Jukebox in a 100% working and proffesional Jukebox. And the best you will run Silverjuke in a small, configurable, stable and free plattform.
