Very cool, I've used this several times now - I'm not sure I'll disagree that the higher range of .25 to .30 doesn't make that much of a difference - it depends on the codec and format you are using. But a very handy little reference - thanks!

Hi, I'd like to calculate what resolution and FPS I can have for a defined bitrate (to stream accordingly to my upload speed). Do you know an online tool ? or just the formula please

Videos look just fine at 0.10 and sometimes 0.05 if a proper codec is used like x264 with proper settings and not some outdated piece of shit. I have seen anime at very high resolutions yet very low bitrates with crisp clear quality. Update your article and consider releasing an app instead of a web script so anime encoders like me can quit fucking around with windows calculator or have to open up an internet browser to get to your site.

Also, let 0% be an option for overhead as modern containers dont suck as bad AVI.
