Re: Displaying Turkish Characters
Hello sheeper,
first: Welcome aboard!
To your question: Since Version 2.00 Silverjuke uses Unicode characters internally and should not have any problems with Turkish characters therefore - provided that Unicode encoded strings are used in the underlying MP3-files.
The problem may be that the underlying MP3-files do not use UTF-8 encoding but ISO-8859-1 aka Latin-1 or ANSI - this character set do not support any Turkish character but the "ý".
Please check the character set of the "bad" files by a right-click on a track and selecting "Edit tracks / Get info" from the context menu:
(You may click on "Further information" and scroll down to see these information)
If in doubt, you can also send one of the "bad" files to drsilver@silverjuke.net and we will check the stuff here.
Best regards,
Your Silverjuke Team

I've got a similiar problem, but in general.
Does anyone knows why sometimes strange things happens on my german WinXP with kyrillic?

Re: Displaying Turkish Characters
Character encoding is Latin-1 on my files, and they should be Utf-8. How can i change all files format into utf-8? Can i do it easily? Thanks!
