Pink Blob Skin

Hi All,

[Note that the new SJ releases do not support non-rectangular skins anymore. Although the skin does work, it does not look pretty inside a window. Please use an old V2/V3 Silverjuke if you want to appreciate this skin as it was designed]

As a reaction to the huge number of rectangular skins around I had to create a decidedly non-rectangular one...

It's basic, it's pink, and it's blob shaped. In fact a sort of 'Fluffy Flintstones' design

Didn't you like the Green Machine? I expected it to generate somewhat more reactions, seems apart from a handfull remarks from collegue skinners nobody thinks it's special...

I think technically, the GreenMachine is the one of the most complex skin ever created for Silverjuke, maybe it is even the most complex. And I think I can estimate this. Congratulations from me

However, the "normal" user may not have an exact idea about the defined possibilities. And he does not know the impossibilities Eg. the normal user may not know that animations are not possible by default ... but you (and a few others) make it possible!

And regarding user reactions in common: To get lots of reactions, one have to create skins that have some bugs. Most users do not post if everything is just fine, you only hear from them if something is going wrong. There are exceptions, but in general, this is my experience.

However, keep on creating such great skins! You can be sure, the users like them

I will, at the moment it's an addiction... But given that I have probably about 25 more ideas boiling it's just a matter of finding the time. (But yesterday I stumbled across some great photoshop rust & corrosion styles just begging to be misused for a skin, so stay tuned )
