Hi,
I am also experiencing sound problems.
I can play music through Windows media player, A/V Rack and even Nero or Album player absolutely fine.
When I try and play through Silverjuke, the sound is very faint.
Even when the amp and sub is turned up full then the output is a mere whisper.
I cannot find any settings that will adjust this.
Can you help ?
Speaker Setup, suggestions please.....

Have you tries the options "Use hardware" and "Buffer" at "Settings / Playback / Devices"?
Regarding the volume and whether Silverjuke shall change the main system volume or not: There is an option for this at "Advanced / Further options / Audio-output: Use system volume".
