Before adding music to my collection, I use a small tagging program to remove all id3v1 tags and wipe all id3v2 tags. I then fill in ONLY 4 (id3v2) fields: Artist, Album, Track Number, and Title.
I have a handful of albums, for which SilverJuke still finds info such as year and genre. I have tried completely removing both id3 tag information before re-entering information. I've also re-created the database, but have had no luck eliminating this info. None of Windows Explorer, Winamp, or iTunes finds this information.
It's not that big of a deal, but I was wondering if you knew where this information was coming from and how I could completely clear it out.
